Welcome to the Draft South East Plan Examination in Public (EiP)

The Examination in Public (EiP) of the Draft Revision to the Plan for the South East has now closed. The Examination ran from 28 November 2006 to 30 March 2007. The Report of the Examination in Public Independent Panel was published on 29 August 2007. It is published for information only and representations are not invited on its recommendations. The Report can be accessed through the Government Office website - click here to view the report. The Report is also available in CD format, free of charge from the Regional Spatial Strategy Team.
